Il lavoro affronta il paradosso della indispensabilità, sin dall’origine della vita psichica, della relazione con un oggetto perché il soggetto diventi se stesso, dove l’identificazione è la prima forma di legame, e d’altra parte dell’isolamento necessario del core self per sentirsi vivi e avere il senso del reale. Il core self è stato teorizzato da Winnicott come nucleo sacro inaccessibile, che non deve essere alterato dal contatto con gli oggetti non-me: «The question is: how to be isolated without having to be insulated?». Un esempio clinico viene proposto a illustrare un percorso di rispetto di questa area psichica a cui nemmeno l’analista può accedere, che costituisce l’esperienza “sacra” dell’analisi, volta a favorire

ABOUT THE INACCESSIBLE CORE SELF TO IDENTIFICATIONS. The paper deals with the paradox of the indispensability, from the origin of psychic life, of the relationship with an object for the subject to become itself, where identification is the first form of bonding, and on the other hand of the necessary isolation of the core self in order to feel alive and have a sense of the real. The core self was theorised by Winnicott as an inaccessible sacred core, which must not be altered by contact with non-me objects: «The question is: how to be isolated without having to be insulated?». A clinical example is proposed to illustrate a pathway of respect for this psychic area that not even the analyst can access, which constitutes the “sacred” experience of analysis, aimed at fostering identifications that are not adaptive and altering, but creative and productive. À PROPOS DU CORE SELF INACCESSIBLE AUX IDENTIFICATIONS. L’ouvrage aborde le paradoxe du caractère indispensable, depuis l’origine de la vie psychique, de la relation à un objet pour que le sujet devienne lui-même, où l’identification est la première forme de lien, et d’autre part de l’isolement nécessaire du core self pour se sentir vivant et avoir le sens du réel. ÜBER DAS DEN IDENTIFIZIERUNGEN UNZUGÄNGLICHE CORE SELF. Die Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Paradox, dass einerseits vom Ursprung des psychischen Lebens an die Beziehung zu einem Objekt unentbehrlich für die Subjektwerdung ist, wobei die Identifizierung die erste Form der Bindung ist, und dass andererseits die Isolation des core selfnotwendig ist, um sich lebendig zu fühlen und einen Sinn für die Wirklichkeit zu haben. Das core selfwurde von Winnicott als unzugänglicher heiliger Kern theoretisiert, der nicht vom Kontakt mit den Nicht-Ich-Objekten verändert werden darf: «The question is: how to be isolated without having to be insulated?» Ein klinisches Beispiel wird zur Illustration eines Weges gegeben, der diesen psychischen Bereich respektiert, zu dem nicht einmal der Analytiker Zugang haben kann, und der die “heilige” Erfahrung der Analyse darstellt, die darauf ausgerichtet
