He exposes his ideas on analytic listening and its changes throughout the life cycle. The author then describes the huge floods in South of Brazil in 2024 and presents a clinical vigente, showing how this scaring external reality impacts analytic listening. In his view, these situations illustrate the phenomenon of superposed worlds, proposed by Puget and Wender. He suggests that in catastrophic times it is preferable to have an empathic and containing listening until it is possible to use interpretations in the analytic field.

DIE KLINISCHE PRAXIS IN ZEITEN DES CHAOS: Der Verfasser hebt den chaotischen Charakter der gegenwärtigen Zeit und die möglichen Auswirkungen dieser Situation auf die analytische klinische Arbeit hervor. Er stellt daraufhin einige Überlegungen zum analytischen Zuhören und zu seinen Veränderungen im Laufe des Lebenszyklus an. Anschließend beschreibt er die schweren Überschwemmungen, die den Süden Brasiliens 2024 getroffen haben und präsentiert eine klinische Vignette, in der er zeigt, wie eine so unheimliche äußere Realität auf das analytische Zuhören einwirkt. Nach Auffassung des Verfassers veranschaulichen solche Situationen das Phänomen der ‚sich überlagernden Welten‘, wie es von Puget und Wender vorgeschlagen wurde.
