La psicoanalisi dei bebè: esplorazioni alle radici dell’infantile

In questo articolo verranno riprese alcune riflessioni relative all’estensione del metodo psicoanalitico nel campo della psicoanalisi del bambino piccolo e delle terapie congiunte madre-bambino, con uno sguardo alla letteratura presente di questo settore. In particolare verrà esplorato lo specifico ambito del vertice dell’osservazione psicoanalitica in caso di trauma precoce. In queste circostanze l’obiettivo di un intervento sulla diade sarà quello di avviare processi di riparazione affettive nelle relazioni e sostenere la ripresa dello sviluppo nel bebè. Verrà presentata l’evoluzione del trattamento di un caso clinico con focus sulle relazioni terapeutiche circolanti nel campo analitico e sul cambiamento nel funzionamento del bambino. Verranno infine illustrati alcuni aspetti del contro-transfert dell’analista a lavoro, con particolare attenzione alle peculiarità del suo assetto interno nell’intervento in questo ambito.

The Psychoanalysis of the Babies: Explorations into the roots of the Infantile: This article will resume some reflections relating to the extension of the psychoanalytic method in the field of psychoanalysis of young children and joint mother-child therapies, through a review of scientific literature of this field. In particular, the specific scope of psychoanalytic observation in the case of early trauma will be explored. In these circumstances, the objective of an intervention on the dyad will be to initiate processes of emotional repair in relationships and support the resumption of development in the baby. The evolution of the treatment of a clinical case will be presented with a focus on the therapeutic relationships circulating in the analytical field and on the change in the child’s functioning. Finally, some aspects of the analyst’s counter-transference at work will be illustrated with particular attention to the peculiarities of his internal setting in the intervention in this area.

Psychanalyse des bébés: explorer les racines de l'enfantin: Cet article propose une réflexion sur l'extension de la méthode psychanalytique au sein de la psychanalyse du bébé et de la thérapie conjointe mère-enfant, en s'appuyant sur la littérature actuelle. Il explore notamment la portée spécifique de l'observation psychanalytique en cas de traumatisme précoce. Dans ces circonstances, l'intervention auprès de la dyade vise à initier un processus de réparation affective au sein des relations et à soutenir le développement du bébé. L'évolution thérapeutique d'un cas clinique est présentée, en mettant l'accent sur les relations thérapeutiques au sein du champ analytique et sur le changement dans le fonctionnement du bébé. Enfin, certains aspects du contre-transfert de l'analyste sont illustrés, avec une attention particulière portée aux particularités de sa structure interne dans l’intervention dans ce domaine.

Psicoanálisis del bebé: explorando las raíces de lo infantil: Este artículo explorará algunas reflexiones sobre la extensión del método psicoanalítico en el campo del psicoanálisis infantil y las terapias conjuntas madre-hijo, con una revisión de la literatura actual en este ámbito. En particular, se explorará el alcance específico de la observación psicoanalítica en casos de trauma temprano. En estas circunstancias, el objetivo de la intervención en la díada será iniciar procesos de reparación afectiva en las relaciones y apoyar la recuperación del desarrollo del bebé. Se presentará la evolución del tratamiento de un caso clínico, centrándose en las relaciones terapéuticas que se dan en el campo analítico y en los cambios en el funcionamiento del niño. Finalmente, se ilustrarán algunos aspectos de la contratransferencia del analista en el trabajo, con especial atención a las peculiaridades de su estructura interna en la intervención en esta área.

Psychoanalyse von Babys: Erkundungen an den Wurzeln des Frühkindlichen: Dieser Artikel greift einige Überlegungen zur Erweiterung der psychoanalytischen Methode auf den Bereich der Psychoanalyse von Kleinkindern und der gemeinsamen Mutter-Kind-Therapie auf, mit Blick auf die aktuelle Literatur aus diesem Feld. Insbesondere wird der spezifische Bereich der psychoanalytischen Beobachtung bei frühkindlichen Traumata untersucht. Unter diesen Umständen besteht das Ziel einer Intervention in die Dyade darin, Prozesse der emotionalen Wiederherstellung in Gang zu setzen und die Wiederaufnahme der Entwicklung des Babys zu unterstützen. Es wird die Entwicklung der Behandlung eines klinischen Falls vorgestellt mit Fokus auf die im analytischen Feld zirkulierenden therapeutischen Beziehungen und auf die Veränderung im Funktionieren des Kindes. Zuletzt werden einige Aspekte der Gegenübertragung des Analytikers bei der Arbeit illustriert, unter besonderer Berücksichtigung der Besonderheiten seiner inneren Verfassung bei der Intervention in diesem Bereich.
